Returns & Refunds Policy
All UK customers must return their items within 14 days of the date shown on the dispatch note.
For all international customers, please return unsuitable items within 21 days of receiving your parcels.
The following must apply for a refund or exchange:
Allow up to 14 days to process a refund or exchange
- Items must be unworn and have all original tags attached
- Items must not have been washed
- Items must be returned in their original packaging
- All items purchased in the sale department are ineligible for a refund and may be exchanged only (this includes discount codes).
We are unable to refund your original or return postage costs unless the product is faulty / incorrect.
How to return:
To return your order, just follow the few simple steps below:
1 - Head to our returns portal (you'll need your order number ready)
2 - Select what items you'd like to return and why.
3 - Select your chosen return method.
4 - Print your order confirmation or add a note of your order number inside the parcel
5 - Your parcel will then be ready to be taken to your chosen drop-off point.
6 - Remember to add your tracking code to the returns portal
