Returns can take up to 14 working days (excluding weekends & public holidays) to be received and processed by our returns team.
If your return is marked as delivered, sit tight, our returns team will be in touch by email once the return has been processed to confirm your refund.
Your refund will then be actioned and can take 4-8 working days to appear into the account you paid with via the original payment method*
*This can vary depending on your chosen payment method.
Returns & Refunds Policy
All UK customers must return their items within 14 days of the date shown on the dispatch note.
The following must apply for a refund or exchange:
- Items must be unworn and have all original tags attached
- Items must not have been washed
- Items must be returned in their original packaging
- All items purchased in the sale department are ineligible for a refund and may be exchanged only (this includes discount codes).
We are unable to refund your original or return postage costs unless the product is faulty / incorrect.
How to return:
To return your order, just follow the few simple steps below:
1 - Head to our returns portal (you'll need your order number ready)
2 - Select what items you'd like to return and why.
3 - Select your chosen return method.
4 - Please make sure to download our returns form here and put this inside the returns parcel (so we can identify this is from you)
5 - You MUST add your tracking code to the returns portal
